What are your check-in and out times?
Check-out is at 1 pm check-in is from 2 pm to 5 pm. If checking in after hours a map with your site information will be posted on the office.

Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we allow pets! Please see our Campground Rules for more info.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit/Credit (VISA, MC, Discovery, AMEX) and cash (preferred), and personal checks

How far from Chimney Rock State Park are you?
We are only 5 minutes away from the main entrance!

When do you close for the season?
We close at the end of November and reopen in April.

How long or short can you stay?
We have nightly and weekly sites, with a 2-week maximum stay.

Can you cancel a reservation?
Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the reservation arrival date. Holidays require two weeks notice of cancellation. If cancellation is made within this timeframe, camper will receive a refund for their stay minus the first night charge and reservation fee. If site is cancelled within one week of reservation, or within two weeks for holiday reservations, no refund will be given.
